This website is operated by Fur Survival and powered by Shopify. By visiting the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from the site. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Store use

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract in your place of residence. You may not use the site or products for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose, interfere with site security, or transmit malicious code.

Products and information

We try to describe and display products accurately, but colors and appearance can vary by screen and minor production differences may occur. Product visuals identified as AI-created are illustrative and are not performance-test results. The reusable fur roller is a surface-cleaning tool for compatible dry fabrics. It must not be used on a person or animal. Follow the fabric manufacturer's care instructions and test a hidden area first.

Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Available payment methods, shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock errors, unsupported delivery locations or other reasonable operational reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount collected.

Shipping

We currently ship only to addresses in the United States. Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, an incomplete address and events outside our reasonable control can affect delivery. Returns and refunds

Returns, replacements, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and Shipping & returns page, which form part of these Terms.

Third-party services

The store may use third-party services for hosting, payment, fulfillment, shipping, analytics and social media. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party sites that you choose to visit.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its content are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. Fur Survival is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the site or product. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse Fur Survival for reasonable losses arising from your unlawful misuse of the site or a material breach of these Terms.

Severability and waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Changes apply from the stated update date and do not retroactively alter completed purchases.

Governing rules

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the merchant operating Fur Survival, without excluding mandatory consumer protections available in your place of residence.
